
KIMMY KRUSKAMP
Co-Founder & CEO
is the CEO and Co-Founder of RedKoi Strategies. A proud Virginian and lifelong fan of the University of Virginia, she is deeply rooted in her home state. Kimmy was appointed by Governor Glenn Youngkin to serve on the Virginia Latino Advisory Board, where she helps represent and amplify the voices of the Latino community. She previously served on the Republican Party of Virginia State Central Committee as a district representative, on her local GOP Executive Committee, as Chairman of her Young Republicans chapter, and as State Political Director for the Young Republican Federation of Virginia. While she is not currently serving in other official party capacities, she looks forward to continuing her involvement in the future.
Her political journey began in 1998, when she volunteered on her first campaign during her senior year of high school. Since then, she has gained experience in campaigns at every level, including local, state, and federal campaigns, as well as those for the United States Senate, lieutenant governor, and governor. One of her proudest moments was serving on Governor Glenn Youngkin’s successful gubernatorial campaign. She has also worked on numerous other campaigns through both a national political consulting firm and her own firm, RedKoi Strategies. Throughout her career, Kimmy’s America First conservative beliefs and commitment to the values of life, liberty, and freedom have remained constant.
As a mother of two daughters, Kimmy places family at the center of everything she does. She balances leadership and entrepreneurship with her role as a devoted mom.
Beyond politics, Kimmy is a creative spirit with a love for art, history, and live music. She finds inspiration in museums, concerts, and cultural experiences that spark her imagination. Proud of her Mexican heritage, she embraces her cultural roots as a meaningful part of her identity.
KATIE MOORE
Co-Founder & Chief Creative
is the Co-Founder of RedKoi Strategies and leads the Creative department. She began her creative career at Southern Utah University, where she earned an associate degree and worked as the Graphic Designer for the Michael O. Leavitt Center for Politics and Public Service for over three years. Katie went on to complete her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design at Liberty University, further honing her skills in design and communication.
Her professional career began at a national political consulting firm, where she advanced to Creative Director. With nearly a decade of experience in political graphic design, Katie now brings her expertise to RedKoi, crafting impactful branding, marketing, and campaign materials that help clients break through the noise.
Katie has been happily married to her husband, Timothy, an Air Force veteran, for over seven years. In 2024, they welcomed their first son, and today they live in West Michigan with their three Australian Shepherds and one Golden Retriever.
