Kimberly "Kimmy" Kruskamp is the CEO and Co-Founder of RedKoi Strategies. Having grown up in the Commonwealth of Virginia and cheering for her favorite sports team/alma mater, THE University of Virginia, she is deeply rooted in her home state where she sits on the Republican Party of Va State Central Committee as a district representative. Her passion for politics is evident as she is always on the lookout for ways to contribute to the betterment of her community and country. She serves on her local GOP unit Executive Committee, is a past Chairman of her Young Republicans chapter, and served as the Young Republican Federation of Va State Political Director. Her America First conservative beliefs and commitment to the American values of life, liberty, and freedom have been a constant throughout her life.
Kimmy volunteered on her first political campaign in 1998 during her senior year of high school.
With her diverse interests and unwavering commitment to her values, Kimmy is a well-rounded individual who is on the pursuit of happiness for her and family. As a mother of two beautiful daughters, family is of utmost importance to her and she makes sure to always put them first.
In addition to her political views, Kimmy is also a creative soul who loves to spend her free time exploring the world of art and history. She is a big fan of live music and finds it to be a source of inspiration and enjoyment. Whether it's visiting museums or attending concerts, Kimmy loves to immerse herself in experiences that feed her creative spirit. Her Mexican heritage is also a big part of her identity, and she is proud to have such a rich cultural background.

KATIE MOORE
Co-Founder & Chief Creative
Katie Smedley-Moore is the Co-Founder of RedKoi Strategies, and heads the Creative department of RedKoi. Katie started her creative career at Southern Utah University where she obtained an associates degree. While at SUU, Katie worked as the Graphic Designer for the Michael O. Leavitt Center for Politics and Public Service for over three years. Transferring from SUU to Liberty University, Katie finished her Bachelors of Fine Arts in Graphic Design. Post-Graduation she began her political design career at Winning Republican Strategies eventually moving up to Creative Director of WRS. Now Katie has almost a decade of specializing in political graphic design. Katie is happily married to her husband of six years, Timothy who is an Airforce Veteran. They live the millennial dog parent dream with their three Australian Shepherds, and one Golden Retriever in west Michigan.
Lee Talley
Chief Operating Officer
Lee Talley is our Chief Operations Officer. He is a multifaceted professional with an impressive background in politics, software engineering, and autism advocacy. With 20 years of experience in politics, Lee has gained extensive knowledge and expertise in the intricacies of the political landscape. Alongside his political career, Lee has also dedicated 27 years to software engineering, honing his skills in this ever-evolving field.
Lee's passion for autism advocacy spans 18 years, driven by his personal experiences as father to a pervasively autistic son. He devotes a significant portion of his time to advocating for his son and other young individuals on the more severe end of the Autism Spectrum. Through his advocacy work, Lee strives to raise awareness, promote understanding, and enhance the lives of those affected by autism.
In terms of education, Lee holds an Associates in Science degree from Richard Bland College. Currently, he is furthering his education at Western Governors University, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering. This educational pursuit reflects his commitment to staying at the forefront of technological advancements and expanding his skills in the field.
Lee's professional profile is complemented by a range of certifications, including Security+, Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner, Project+, and ITIL. These certifications showcase his expertise in various aspects of software engineering and project management, further solidifying his qualifications in the industry.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Lee is an active Freemason and has achieved the rank of Past Master in his Masonic Lodge. He is involved in both the Scottish Rite Masons and Royal Arch Masons, contributing to the Masonic community and its values.
In his leisure time, Lee indulges in his shared passion for car racing with his son, participating in and attending racing events throughout Virginia. This shared interest not only brings joy to their lives but also strengthens their bond as a family. Additionally, Lee is a published artist and an EDM music producer, demonstrating his creativity and artistic expression in different mediums.

Carey Allen
Senior Political Strategist
Carey is currently an Elected Director(initially elected in 2015) and Chairman of the James River Soil and Water Conservation District, where she has served as its Chairman since January 2020. She is also the Chairman of the Area VI Soil and Water Conservation Districts. She also serves on the Manufactured Housing Board as a citizen member for the Youngkin Administration and previously served on the same board during Governor Bob McDonnell's administration.
She serves as the Current Chairman of the Fourth Congressional District Republican Committee.
She is currently serving on the Executive Board of the Chesterfield County Fair Association. She is also an amateur genealogist, which explains her service to genealogical and historical societies, such as President of the Hampton Roads Chapter of United States Daughters of 1812 and Historian of Colonel John Banister's Chapter of Daughters of the American Revolution.
Carey is the Field Services Manager at Open Plan Systems, a woman-owned manufacturing company in Richmond.
Carey Allen attends Gospel Baptist Church and resides in Chesterfield with her 20-year-old son, Taylor.
